Co-founder of JAI, Daniel brings a pilot’s perspective to every decision. With more than 5,000 flight hours and years of experience in aircraft management, operations and leadership, he sets the standards for safety and service across the company. As Director of Training, he oversees training scheduling for every JAI pilot, from initial and recurrent simulator training with industry-leading providers to initial operating experience (IOE). He also sets the procedures and standardization pilots train and fly to, so every crew stays proficient, current and operating to the same high standard on every aircraft we manage.
Co-founder of JAI, Esteban brings over a decade of experience in flight operations, safety and aviation management, with more than 6,000 flight hours. As Director of Operations and Chief Pilot, he oversees daily flight operations and crew standards, and he builds the procedures that keep every flight consistent, efficient and safe. His background in standard operating procedures, crew resource management and business administration lets him run the operation with the discipline owners expect from a corporate flight department.
Jason brings a strong background in aircraft maintenance and engineering and a meticulous eye for detail. He oversees maintenance across every aircraft we manage, planning inspections and service so each one stays safe, reliable and ready to fly.
With more than two decades in professional aviation and more than 15,000 flight hours, John brings deep experience in risk management, training and safety culture. He leads the safety program every JAI crew flies under.
Aldridge brings more than six years of experience coordinating flights for owners and their passengers. With a background in aeronautics and a genuine focus on service, he handles the details of every trip so each one runs smoothly from start to finish.
